Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver directly to the recipient?

Yes: simply enter the recipient’s address at the delivery step of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Across Europe, and to the UK, USA, Canada, Japan and China. Outside the EU, duties and taxes are included: the recipient pays nothing on arrival.

What lead times for the holidays?

Allow preparation (2–4 business days) plus delivery — 2–4 days in France, 3–7 in Europe. In December, order a few days ahead.

How do I give a tree adoption?

Order the tier of your choice and select the estate; the certificate is made out to the name of your choice — just tell us after ordering, by replying to the confirmation email.
