The Koroneiki variety: Greece's green gold
Our oil is made exclusively from the Koroneiki variety, considered the green gold of the Mediterranean. Grown under the generous Greek sun, these olives offer a perfect balance between intensity and sweetness, revealing subtle aromas of almond, tomato leaf, and wild herbs. Thanks to their small size and high polyphenol content, they guarantee an extra virgin olive oil of incomparable aromatic richness.
