The craft
The hand, the time, the care
Lorna, à la récolte
Great oil is never improvised. It asks for inherited gestures, constant attention, and the refusal of every shortcut.
From picking to bottling, each step is done by hand, at a family's scale. We harvest early, cold-press within hours, and never filter out our standards.
Single estate
One grove per cuvée. The terroir, never diluted.
Hand-harvested
Picked by hand, at the right hour, to preserve every aroma.
Cold-pressed
Extracted cold within hours. Freshness, untouched.
Our promise
One cuvée, one grove. Nothing else.
Every cuvée comes from its grove alone — never from anywhere else. Some years, a grove doesn't yield: then its cuvée simply does not exist. We will never buy another's oil to sign it with our name. That is our only promise, and the only one that matters — what you taste comes from our trees alone.

The Antalis family
A house, in the truest sense
Oikos means "the home" in Greek. Behind every cuvée is a family that tastes, selects and watches over — to the point of sitting among the juries of the world's foremost olive-oil competitions. It all began on a 26th of November: an olive tree gifted by his children, and a great-grandfather's grove recovered after a century.
Our estatesThe family
The hands behind every bottle
Oikos is a home in the truest sense: the Antalis family grows, harvests and presses the oil themselves, season after season. Here, what matters is never delegated.

Behind every bottle are my own: my mother Konstantina, my aunt Lorna, my uncle Giannis, my wife Sophie, and my children Alexandra, Victoria and Maxime.

Our commitment
A land farmed with conscience
Two approaches, one land. Permaculture, which we have practised for five years, and organic farming, toward which we are converting. One inspires the other; together they serve a single pursuit — oil of uncompromising purity.
Permaculture
Farming in tune with living systems: feeding the soil rather than the plant, encouraging biodiversity, working with nature rather than against it — with no synthetic fertiliser or pesticide. It is how we have tended the groves for five years.
Organic farming
An official, audited and certified framework that bans all synthetic chemical inputs and verifies, with proof, the purity of the harvest. Three of our four estates are converting to the BIO HELLAS label — final probationary year in 2027.
Permaculture is our philosophy; organic certification, its proof. One brings the soil to life, the other bears witness to it. From their meeting comes a clean, residue-free oil — the patient pursuit of a kind of perfection.
