Reserve the oil of the 2027 harvest today, before it is even picked, the way the great Burgundy wines are reserved en primeur. You pay the primeur price; we harvest, press and bottle for you.
Timeline
- Harvest: first half of October 2027, by hand
- Cold-pressed within hours, at our master miller's in Varvassena
- Bottling: February 2028
- Delivery: March 2028, with the harvest's laboratory analysis

- Skourochori: our most expressive cuvée, 4 medals including Premium Gold Paris 2026 and Gold Abu Dhabi 2026.
- Agios Ilias: our most awarded cuvée, 6 medals including Premium Gold Paris 2026 and Silver New York 2025 and 2026.
- Paliovarvassena: Premium Gold Paris 2025.
- Myrtia: the very first cuvée of our newest estate.
Our commitment: if a grove does not yield in 2027, we will tell you and either refund you in full or offer you the oil of another estate, named for what it is. Your choice. We will never pass it off as another.
